- Digital Content
All products sold on this site are digital in nature (chapters, episodes, and related digital content). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded, except as described below. - Refund Eligibility
We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following cases:
- A technical error prevented you from accessing the content you paid for.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The content delivered does not match the product description.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@mangadub.com within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. - Subscription Cancellations
If you purchased a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting info@mangadub.com. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law. - Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unresolved disputes may result in restricted access to your account while the matter is investigated. - Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Argentina, and any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction. - Contact
